Job Responsibilities

  • To maintain Managing Director’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, meeting, travel arrangement
  • Screen and direct phone calls for Managing Director’s office
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing and incoming correspondence for Managing Director
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Compiling of monthly management report/ presentation slide
  • Responsible for a wide spectrum of administrative, secretarial and general office support duties
  • Liaise and advise Managing Director’s driver on his travelling
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when required


Job Requirements

  • Possess minimum Diploma, Advance Diploma, Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/ Secretarial or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years as secretary / personal assistant for Managing Director or CEO
  • Required skill(s): MS Office, Interpersonal and communication skills, organizational and time management skills
  • Maintain strict confidentially and interact professionally with all levels of Management, staff and external parties
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Good command in both written and spoken in English
