Designed for longer journeys and shared adventures, the Tracer 9 GT offers enhanced comfort for both rider and pillion. A new subframe that is 50 mm longer creates more space, while flatter, more generously padded seats and a revised handlebar position deliver a more relaxed, natural riding posture. The saddle is also shaped slimmer at the standover point, making the bike more accessible and easier to handle at a standstill.
Enjoy keyless convenience with Yamaha’s Smart Key System. With the key fob in your pocket, you can start the Tracer 9 GT without a physical ignition key, while central locking and unlocking controls the steering lock and fuel cap.
Enjoy smoother, more effortless riding with the 3rd generation quick shifter, delivering clutchless upshifts and downshifts for a more fluid ride experience. Designed to work from speeds as low as 15 km/h, it enables upshifts from 2,000 rpm and downshifts from 1,600 rpm.
Ride in comfort across changing conditions with the electronically adjustable windscreen. Redesigned front fairing and windscreen geometry, refined through wind tunnel testing, deliver improved wind protection and reduced fatigue.
Developed jointly with KYB specifically for the Tracer 9 GT, this is the most advanced suspension system ever fitted to a Yamaha production model. Linked to Yamaha Ride Control, it automatically adjusts damping force in real time to suit road conditions and riding modes.
The new 7-inch full-colour TFT display brings together ride control, connectivity and navigation in one intelligent system. Yamaha Ride Control lets riders tailor engine power and electronic rider aid intervention, while Y-Connect and Garmin StreetCross provide smartphone information and full map navigation.
