• Gather and verify invoices for documentation prior to payment
• Maintain account receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date, credits & collections are applied, uncollectible amounts are accounted for.
• Perform daily cash management duties including the recording of bank deposits, updating & distribution of cash receipt logs and posting of cash to the account receivable ledger
• Monitor and collect account receivable by contacting the clients via telephone & email
