Responsibilities
- To overall in-charge of training & development and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in HR / Management / Business Studies / Administration.
- Min 5 years of working experience in Training & Development, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Well-versed with the latest HR best practices in Talent Management, Leadership Development,Competency Development & Performance Management .
Motorcycle Sales Executive
Pahang & Selangor
Responsibilities
- To achieve overall sales objectives and targets
- To ensure well market coverage and servicing of dealers
- Process warranty claims & build a good rapport with dealers
- Assists in market surveys, market intelligence and feedback
- Assists in regional promotional activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Economics or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of working experience in sales or marketing, preferably in automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outgoing, independent, resourceful and result oriented
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
- Proficient in English and Malay
- Ability to converse well in Mandarin and local Chinese dialects will be advantage

Engineer, Production Engineering
Selangor - Sungai Buloh
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the factory on-going Quality, Cost & Delivery improvement activities
- In charge of capacity study, time study, line balancing and material standard consumption
- Participate in new model development from initial stage, take lead after pilot production
- Assist in trouble shooting and analysis in case of quality or warranty claims
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 2 years relevant working experience
- Strong technical skills
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Ability to speak and write in Mandarin is advantage

Purchasing Executive

Responsibilities
- To prepare and issue purchase orders
- To update master part list and maintain database

Requirements
- Degree in any discipline, preferably Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
- Good negotiation and communication skills

Engineer, Procurement & Vendor Development

Responsibilities
- Manage vendor's performance through the implementation of Strategic Vendor Development Program.
- Responsible for new component sourcing, development, monitoring and control.
- Conduct Purchased Component VA-VE Study, quotation exercise, cost analysis and price negotiation. .
- In-charge of supplier sourcing and auditing.
- Implement cost down activities.
Requirements
- Aged between 26 to 30 years.
- Degree in Engineering.
- Strong analytical skills & systematic approach.
- Candidate with 2 to 4 years relevant working experience, preferably in metal industry.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay.
- Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Ms. Office is required.
Safety & Health, Senior Executive
Selangor - Sungai Buloh
Responsibilities
- Establish and review policy, guidelines and procedures on Occupational, Safety and Health (OSH).
- Develop OSH master plan and implement activities as per the master plan.
- Coordinate Occupational, Safety and Health committee meetings.
- Monitor, maintain and enforce the OSH standards through awareness, audits and regular walk through.
- Provide advice on OSH matters and issues to the management.
- Prepare reports for management review.
- Develop and implement OSH training program and activities for employees.
- Ensure applicable OSH laws and regulations are complied with.
- Conduct investigations into accidents and near misses.
- Develop good rapport with related statutory and local authorities.
Requirements
- Registered Safety & Health Officer with Department of Occupational Safety, Health and Environment, Malaysia (DOSH) .
- A minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive in Safety & Health Administration. .
- Experienced in managing ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage. .
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
- Have good planning and organizing skills.
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Ms. Office is required.
Sales & Marketing (Big Bike Business), Executive
Selangor - Sungai Buloh
Responsibilities
- To assist the Senior Manager in implementing business plan and budget.
- To plan & conduct regular promotional activities for customers.
- To work closely & communicate with dealers on sales and marketing plan
- To conduct test riding and model evaluation as and when required
- To build-up good rapport with dealers, big bike specialists and customer riding groups for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Degree in any field.
- Good oral and written BM & English language proficiency. Conversant with Mandarin will be advantage
- Possess good PR and strong interpersonal skills
- Have good planning & presentation skills
- Self initiative and able to work independently
- Possess motorcycle B2 license.
Finance, Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead in the daily operations of Finance Department.
- Plan and organize department’s services.
- Manage financial performance of the company.
- Develop financial plans, budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with the Group’s Financial Governance policies.
- Provide insight into financial operating issues, tactical and strategic analysis.
- Manage and develop staff.
- Provide awareness and practice Group policies.
- Tax planning and compliance.
- Treasury and foreign exchange management.
Requirements
- Candidate must be a MIA member and possess at least a Professional Certificate such as ACCA, CIMA or ACA.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing environment.
- Good business acumen and strong financial knowledge.

Lab, Assistant
Selangor - Sungai Buloh
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily laboratory testing on industrial effluent.
- Generate daily report on Performance Monitoring of Industrial Effluent Treatment System.
- Monitor and inspect Industrial Effluent Treatment System equipment.
Requirements
- Aged between 21 to 35.
- Certificate / Diploma in Science / Chemical or equivalent.
- Familiar with laboratory equipment and tools.
- Knowledge in Ms. Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is required.
- Candidate with chemical handling safety and health practices will be an added advantage.
Technical, Assistant
Selangor - Sungai Buloh
Responsibilities
- Drawing & technical documentation preparation / administration.
- Preparation of drawing of parts, tooling, layout and equipment.
- To assist in new model and localization project coordination & management.
- Verify compliance of parts, tooling and equipment including tooling improvement.
- Part classification list checking.
Requirements
- Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical engineering.
- Good knowledge in Ms. Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) is required.

- CAD software user will be an advantage.

Maintenance, Executive
Selangor - Sungai Buloh
Responsibilities
- Operate, carry out maintenance & troubleshoot electrical facilities for 11KV incomers, 415V motors, transformers 11KV / 415V
- Perform maintenance work for electrical facilities according to Electrical Supply Act 1990
- Supervise a group of technicians to undertake troubleshooting activities
- In-charge of Industrial Effluent Treatment System.
- Implement project / task assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Aged between 25 to 40 years.
- At least SPM .
- Must possess BO Chargeman Competency Certificate approved by Malaysia Energy Commission.
- At least 3 years of practical hands-on working experience in chargeman function.
Product Planning, Executive
Selangor - Sungai Buloh
Responsibilities
- To conduct market research, analysis & provide market information for management’s decision.
- To maintain an effective Data Management System in accordance to business’s needs.
- To manage & commission project especially primary research projects & manage research agencies relationship as well.
- To assist in testing & development of new models.
Requirements
- Aged below 30 years.
- Degree holder in any discipline.

Marketing, Manager

Responsibilities
- To develop and execute comprehensive marketing plan and strategies in line with the Company’s objectives.
- To manage the motorsport team with the prime objectives of brand image enhancement, sponsor & team obligations and overall motorsports development.
- To lead and manage the product planning team
Requirements
- Aged between 35 to 45 years.
- Degree in Marketing / Business / Communications.
- 10 years of working experience in Marketing with 3 years at managerial position.
- Strong interest in motorcycle / car or other similar industry with passion in design & styling.
- Possess working knowledge in web development & understanding of web potential.
- Knowledge in Ms. Office especially PowerPoint is required.
- Candidate who has working knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and other publishing software will be advantage.
- Strong leadership skills and able to lead a team of Marketing staff.
Manufacturing System, Engineer
Selangor - Sungai Buloh
Responsibilities
- To study, analyze and assist in developing vendor delivery system.
- To study & design external warehouse operational system.
- To assist in designing the stockholding & re-layout of warehouse based on stockholding policy.
- To assist in designing & coordinating of delivery frequency, supply timing & quantity of stockholding based on available space.
Requirements
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Industrial Engineering .
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical & interpersonal skills, self initiative & able to work with minimum supervision.
- Candidate must have knowledge in Ms. Office, AutoCAD & other designing skills .
- Basic knowledge in project management is required.
- Knowledge in JIT concept, supply chain management & inventory will be an advantage .
- Candidates with interest in video making will be an added advantage.
